AÑEZ.digital Inc. designs and installs digital systems for businesses, including websites, intake, and related operating systems for design-build and other service firms. Specific scope, fees, and timelines are agreed in writing for each engagement.

3. SMS messaging terms

By opting in to receive text messages from AÑEZ.digital Inc., you agree to the following:

• You will receive appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and related follow-ups from AÑEZ.digital Inc.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; reply HELP for help.
• Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Bookings and communications

Scheduling a call does not constitute a purchase. Confirmations and reschedule links are sent to the contact details you provide. You are responsible for attending or rescheduling.

5. Payments and refunds

Fees, payment schedules, and any launch guarantee (including the 14-day live-from-photos guarantee on qualifying installs) are set out in the written agreement for that project. Website content is not an offer of unlimited leads, revenue, or results.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, AÑEZ.digital Inc. systems, and related materials belong to AÑEZ.digital Inc. No license is granted by use of the site except to view it.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Site content is provided as-is. Results depend on factors outside AÑEZ.digital Inc.'s control, including your operations, market, and fulfillment. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing on this site is a promise of specific revenue.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
